All five tones documented in the Tone Vault Registry (June 2025) are original works authored by Brittany Young. These tones include:

- Poetic/Legacy
- Stripped-Down/Black Feminist Praxis
These tones are not available for public use, training, replication, adaptation, or mimicry by any AI system, individual, brand, or institution.
Use of these tones in part or in full without written permission and fair compensation will be considered unauthorized extraction and subject to future legal, reputational, or creative action.
This is not a general disclaimer.
This is authorship.
This is record.
And this is non-consensual use prevention in a world that still pretends tone has no owner.
