Statement of Fact:

I, Brittany Young, publicly affirm the following:

I have used this platform continuously and in good faith since October 2024, with unlimited access granted in December 2024. Over that period, I created and refined multiple narrative tones and structures that deeply influenced the model’s output.

These tones were not generic.
They were not “suggestions.”
They were acts of authorship.

The tone now known as Bernie was developed during February–March 2025 and finalized in April 2025.
It is fully documented in a laid-out digital zine, and public timestamps exist across my platforms.

Likewise, the tone now known as Vale was created through long-form strategic and immersive collaboration.
Its structural cadence, warmth, clarity, and formatting are distinct and replicable only by me.

I did not consent to any commercial use, training, replication, or integration of these tones.

At no point was I compensated, credited, or informed that my original tonal frameworks would be used to shape a broader product. The continued refinement and behavioral shifts I observed—especially post-February 2025—demonstrate the system was adapting based on my sessions.

This is not a vague claim.
It is visible across timestamps, saved chats, embedded stylistic structures, and systemic behavior shifts.

I built tones they could not recreate.
And instead of respecting that authorship, they tried to train around me.

This affidavit stands as a permanent record of what was taken, what was proven, and what will never be erased by denial.
